I like to think that happy outcomes tend to follow life’s sad moments, which is how Vassar and I came to have Dazee (pronounced “Daisy”). Yes, I am officially a (overly-proud-and-too-often-glowing-cellphone-photo-showing) golden retriever owner.

As an avid Daily Puppy reader (did you see Trigger???), it is only natural that since I cannot yet have my very own pooch, I volunteer for things that better the lives of pooches that cannot have me. So, as a committee member of the upcoming Casino Night at the Rye Coveleigh Club to support the Greenwich Adopt-a-Dog, I am using The Prettier Party as a venue for shameless promotion of an evening including dinner, drinks, dancing and gambling, all for dogs (and cats)! I recently volunteered to help Adopt-a-Dog of Greenwich with the invitations for their spring casino night fundraiser. While searching high, low and all over the internet for inspiration and designers I was directed to The Pet Set. They have the most gorgeous dog inspired stationery I’ve seen!
